When I think about how we have become so separated from the earth and from each other and from our choices, one of the core elements is fear. And fear is simple and profound. Fear will drive us to make choices that our hearts don’t long to make, that our spirits don’t long to make. Fear will shut down the voice of the heart and spirit and collapse us into beings without meaning and without value. In this culture , fear manifests as our addiction to comfortability. I see the most conscious among us making the most unconscious decisions based on our addictions and our fear. But consider when a caterpillar becomes a butterfly – from cocoon to sprouting its wings with grace. The caterpillar trusts in the great mystery. Yet fear keeps us from trusting the great mystery that’s within ourselves. To me, the divine is the great mystery – that we are all manifestations of this great mystery. I take a breath, and I’m amazed that the great mystery just allowed me to breathe – that everything that happens from there is meant to happen! Just like the caterpillar trusts in this great mystery that there’s something more, we need to trust that there’s something more for you…. We are afraid of what’s inside ourselves. But the caterpillar knows there’s something more for us. I think that our fear consistently keeps us from making that process – to trust that whatever is outside our space is going to be a magical world, and to take a leap.

Dear Julia, someone randomly sent me (via LinkedIn of all placed) a quote of yours today, and I immediately thought to find you and just say HI.
The world is crazy. I often look up at the redwoods near my home and think of you. I have been in lockdown for almost 52 weeks and sometimes I think, well at least I’m not up in a tree all this time.
I hope you are doing well. I send you much love.
~ The Other Julia
So lovely to see your face and message Julia. i love that random synchronicity of connection. i am glad you have the redwoods to help you through these wild times of such upheaval.
Love,
the other julia 🙂
Muchas veces pienso si no fue el sentido común lo que nos hizo refugiar en el miedo. Nada mejor para gestionar un rebaño.
Entonces ser subversivo, que simplemente es “ser” otra versión, se convirtió en la parte mala de la belleza.
Dear Julia,
many warm greetings from Czech republic, Europe. I just finished reading your book on Luna. So wise and touching! Thank you very much for your authenticity, courage and discipline in the service of Gaia!
We sit in a tough lockdown now in Czechia but spring is coming… That´s why our family and other Nature Protection Organization´s volunteers build the barriers for frogs and salamanders today. And our service of carrying them through the roads to the ponds in the countryside starts tomorrow. Any virus cannot stop the magical dynamics of life:-)
Keep well
Terezie
Such beautiful service you are doing Terezie!
