As over-simplified as the word love has become, it’s still actually pretty huge. It is a profound act of courage to live a life of love. And in order to truly love others, to love the planet, if there’s a disconnect to how we love ourselves, then that will show up in how we love others. So truly, we must begin with loving from the foundation, from the roots up, from the inside out. In this practice of love, we must remember that the root of the word courage is coeur โ from the French, which means heart. So, to love in the face of pain, frustration, fear, anxiety, grief, rage โ to bring love to those moments, day in and day out, beginning with ourselves and then expressing it out to the world โ is a profoundly courageous act. And any time there’s a loving, courageous act, half of the world is changing for the better.

I definitely agree!
Really tough to embody in real life when continuous failures in every single point of action (moreover as an artist).
Gonna try trance* to identify what’s going on with me (*from Corine Sombrun “la diagonale de la joie”[book] and the movie from her life experience with the Mongolian shamans and book “un monde plus grand”[dvd available in english]
Most of all, thank u Julia for what u did for Luna!!!
Thanks for sharing.

I love you. Just randomly thought I would tell you that. With all the craziness going on in the world lately, somehow I woke up wondering what ever happened to you. I heard you had moved to Belize? I hope you are well and have found peace wherever you are. Good news here is that Trillian Green is now scheduled to headline the Northwest Herbal Fair August 20th through 22nd in Quilcene Washington. For the last few years paragliding/motoring has been my world. Still play a lot of drums, but performing has been a bit more rare. I savour every chance I get. Anyway, I’m writing because somehow your image popped up in my mind this morning. Watched a few videos of you speaking online & just wanted to tell you that I greatly Appreciate what a powerful, intelligent, influential, compassionate, loving, and beautiful person you a are. I’ve been feeling pretty dark lately, and your words and face inspire me to strive to be more Active and find Good things to focus on.
Hello Jarrod! what a lovely blast from the past!! i sent you a personal reply but never heard back from you so i thought maybe i might have ended up in your spam or something, so replying here as well. i am soooo happy you and Trillian Green are performing together again! i am a huge fan as you know!!! ๐ Although i do hope the fires and resurgence of Covid isn’t going to keep that from happening ๐ ๐ Even if it doesn’t end up happening, know that i am one of the many people who continues to listen to the music and be uplifted by it. Sending you lots of love and hope i get to see you in person again some day. julia
