Change has to start with ourselves. We have to start with a super solid ground of integrity. If we want the power to demand change from leaders, we have to walk our talk fiercely. My approach is always how to get fierce with integrity in our own life so we can be fierce with others. And when I say fierce, I mean fierce from a place of love, not fierce from a place of anger.
