join hereFor over 15 years, i gave of myself in service, speaking at hundreds of events each year, responding to question after question sent via email, phone, text, doing direct action, helping with community projects, the list goes on… very often for little to no pay.
Eventually, i had nothing left to give as this took such a huge toll on me, my health, and my life.
Starting to re-emerge from my cocoon
i am doing interviews and Zoom events (both only in exchange for financial reciprocity)
as well as life coaching (which i love doing and have been doing for over 20 years.)
i’m also exploring what it would look and feel like to engage with community again.
To connect with and support others in a group setting in exchange for green energy

One module will be released each month in 2024. It includes an expanded edition not available anywhere else and interactions with me.
