Every day, I do a mindfulness practice where I put on my “glasses of inspiration.” That way, I go looking for things that inspire me. And that’s when I find inspiration so often, even on public transportation. If we are committed to finding inspiration, it will show up over and over and over again. And it will begin to show up in the small and unexpected places, because we’re looking for it.”

As I’m sitting here at a beautiful park that I just made it to after jogging since 5:45 am, I jogged sooo far I don’t even know I started out at a mall by my house & ended up in the hills right now didn’t even plan it, it just happened no water nothing had to ask a kind stranger for water along the way…????
