“We must model our vision for the world – not just ask others to do it for us. Let us look first at ourselves and ask: where am I living in integrity with our vision for the world, and where am I not. Our challenge – those of us who are leading and co-creating our vision for a healthy world – is that we live in a world and at a time that doesn’t really encourage us or support us to model our vision for the world with integrity. We get complacent, even the most committed among us. So we need to create a strong foundation in order to invite others to come stand with us. We need to model from the ground up, from the inside out, what a healthy world looks like, what a healthy world feels like – including with our energy, including with our voice, including with the words that we choose and the actions that we take – where everything we do so embodies our vision that people themselves are drawn to us simply by the energy we’re putting out. And this brings us back to the heart: The heart knows connection, and the heart feels disconnection. So the heart will naturally guide us to find solutions that connect and help heal the disease of disconnect. And it begins with us.”

Yes…I am finding that out. Once again we need to lead by example. Not taking for granted that others will care or follow. Live true to your own heart. It is a good feeling. But takes much sacrifice at times…it is the best way.
